Receiving Unwanted SMS Spam

I keep getting unwanted SMS spam trying to sell me policies when I havent asked for it. And in the message it says that I must SMS (and cost me money) to opt out when I didnt even want or request to be contacted. Stop contacting/sending me spam! See below SMS I received today.
