I was extremely excited to see that Absa bank did provide there customers with a similar platform to buy prepaid electricity from your cellphone! I thouht great no more running to the garage late at night! To my great dissapointment I found that the service does not work! I did report this matter when I phoned in for assistance. This was about 6 months ago. To try my luck I tried again today and not so suprised it did not work yet again!!! If a customer af Absa bank does not get heard I ask the question? WHY Still stay with a Bank that gives you empty promises?
I think this is the straw that broke the camels back! I am changing banks! Remove my business account, home loan personal accounts!
