I signed up as a new Allan Gray customer yesterday. I filled in the online application which was simple and straightforward, and emailed through the required documents.
I received a call this morning from a customer services representative who was friendly and professional, and she informed me that there is a slight hiccup with the proof of bank account, but that she was trying to sort out a solution from her side.
An hour later she called back to tell me that she has found a solution and I do not need to go to the trouble of taking time off work to go to the bank to sort it out. My application is approved and is being processed less than 24 hours after I submitted it.
Easy and user-friendly application process, and friendly service. I'm impressed!
