You have returned my Debit Order of R580.18 of 25 June 2013 despite funds being available. Dintshe (a supervisor) called me and "explained" that based on their system, it was done correctly.
Amazingly the bank statement clearly reflects funds as available. She agreed with me in this regard. Offered to escalate the matter to her manager. She sounded like a Robot...
Go back to the drawing board.
Your system is beyond pathetic.
Refund the R120-00 Unpaid Fee. And also refund me the extra R59.50 that I am being charged by Dial Direct to resubmit the Debit Order that was returned incorrectly. A little bit of logic might just do the job for your company not to do your customers in like this.
