This morning I was on the phone for about 40 minutes while the consultant was trying to figure out what happened on my account only then to be told that she will have to transfer me to some other department only to be put through to the wrong number. I asked her can she not escalate the matter, because i'm calling during working hours and i've been on the phone for 40 minutes already, her answer was no she can't!!! How pathetic!!!
On the 3rd of June a debit order went off my account and was returned on the 4th of June, i have no idea as to why it was returned as according to my knowledge there was sufficient funds. I hate getting sms to say debit orders have been returned.
Please get back to me as soon as possible as I refuse to call once again during my working hours. I moved from Std Bank hoping that i will get better service from Nedbank but it seems that is clearly not the case.
