I had an unfortunate event that led to begining of my relationship with Metropolitan.
Early April I spent 4 hours in their offices in Jo'burg cbd to submit a claim for my late mothers RAF... to date I have not received any kind of communication from this company. Not even a 'dear Miss, we have received the information - its being processed'
And this morning I receive a bulk sms about my baptisimal certificate? Hello, I am over 30 years old - where am I supposed to keep a baptismal certificate at? Not an ID, not a birth certificate but baptismal. I don't even know if I was baptised. And here's the nice part, there's no person stated that I can contact. I can't call back this company.
This is PATHETIC!!! These big companies are used to taking south africans for a ride and nto offering them proper customer service.
