Ive been trying to make contact for a while now, i really need assistance in regard to my Surplus pension claim payout, This whole orginisation is a mess, ive been told a million tales about my money. I am almost 70years old and time is running out on my side. I have recently in 2010 re-applied after so many attempts and got a response finally, but now they have given my a minor payment as to all the years that i have served the mateal industry starting in 1975, these people know that they have to sort it out and are pushing the buck to someone else all the time, there are so many different stories about statememnts that i have lost count, I am kind seeking help to retrieve my surplus claim.
