MIBFA
Surplus Apportionment

Good day,
My father applied for his share of metal industry's surplus apportionment because he worked at Leyland (Pty) Ltd. in the early eighties. Although all of his former colleagues received the money and he also completed the very same application form, he was informed that his application was too late and that the subsequent surplus was stopped. Please help in this regard because my dad do have supporting documentation (paysheet, ID, etc)
Name: Nicholas Vernon Andrews
ID: 400916 5097 012
Employee nr: 18002
Employer: Leyland (Pty) Ltd.

My father also worked the bigger part of his working career in the clothing and textile industry and yet again we received the same old story: no surplus/ not member/ surplus closed. Please help! Its not nice to see a old person who gave his all as a employee having to beg for money that is rightfully his.
Thank you very much.
