ABSA EMPLOYEES PENSION FUND: SURPLUS APPORTIONMENT

Hello,

Please will you assist me in getting the following questions answered by the ABSA Pension Fund:

1) What is the status of the apportionment scheme? Does a surplus exist?

2) If so, how do I go about claiming from the surplus?

3) If no surplus exists, has a nil return been submitted to the FSB and what was the FSB's response to the return?

4) Was the nil return approved, rejected or is it still pending?
