Why the inquiry???

I have no accounts with Nebank what so ever. I have closed the two that I did have.
On the 15th of July 2013 Nedbank did an enquiry on my credit profile. I've been in touch to find out why and have not had any response. For all we know, my identity has been and used to to apply for loans. I want to know why this enquiry was done, who granted permission and what was it for because I did not apply for anything from them.
