Dear Sir/Madam
Brian Dile has been phoning Absa Bank Limited, Pension fund Department for the past two weeks. He has spoken to Nelly and Vusi on different occassion at which the were so unpleasant and rude. All he required is the Pension Fund tax certificate, in order for him to lodge his documents via efiling. Due to Brian's constant telephone follow ups Vusi ended up swearing him and dropped the phone on his ears.
All Brian needs is his tax certificate and want he gets is an exceptionally rude client services.
