All relevant papers was given in to the pension fund on the 3rd July 2013 for the clean break pension fund that is due to me. I was told that it will take 60 working days for the payout to be done. After numerous calls the payout still is not done as the Pension Fund says that they have a backlog that they currently need to work through. Today I was told that they require feedback from me for the calculations department but they can't specify what feedback is required. It now has been 74 working days and now I'm being told that it might take another 30 working days after they receive the feedback from me to do the payout. Is there anyone that will be able to tell me which feedback is required so that this payout can be done?
