I am a former employee of ABSA. After numerous requests for the bank to provide me with my pension fund payout tax certificate starting 29 Aug. 2013, they have failed to respond to my emails [Email Removed] or answer their phones (0118463500). This greatly impacts my ability to firstly fulfil my duties as an honest taxpayer and secondly to confirm whether the details they submitted are correct or not.
Please absa - get your act together!
