Pension Fund money delayed

Dear Sir/Madam

My husband Brian Mxolisi Dile was retrenced by Absa Bank last year November. To date, he has not received any his pension fund money although other staff members received their monies during the month of December last year. Due to this he then made a follow up this month telephonically with the call centre staff, which they confirmed that they will process the money the next day. Everytime when he phones he is taken from pillar to post, making promises that they do not keep. It's upsetting that they are not doing what they are supposed to do or requested to do. All he needs its pension fund money that is due to him. It seems as if every call centre agent that he has spoken to is neglecting their duties. May I request someone in the Senior position to please phone him and provide him with an explanation for their delay
