I wonder whether Nedbank does have any Customer Relations Department - let me know if they do!!! I have written to all the line managers in this region up to the Regional Head some Mr/Mrs Shani and I have received no response. The case started in 2010 that led to me being listed on ITC as a bad debtor over a R2 200 overdraft which Nedbank allegedly wrote off. I know I paid that off. I only realised that I was listed when I wanted to buy a car in January 2013. I inquired with a lady in Risk called Theresa who admitted I was wrongly listed as my Nedbank debt was paid up. She was going to draft a letter to clear my name. Since 30 January 2013 I have been waiting. Theresa referred me to her manager called Yuben who didnt bother to respond for months. Last week Thursday I wrote to the Regional Manager a Mrs Shani who still has not responded. Hellopeter.com you are my hope for the moment before I weigh other options.
