I made a personal consultation last year regarding some attorneys and the issue was never sorted out, eventually I did it myself and every month faithfully I pay the premium to get help whenever I need 1. No feedback or response unless u hassle them and recently I sent an email on the 4th July and another on the 9th and up until today I have has no response from them. It's disappointing that people don't take pride in their jobs and expect payment for such a horrible service.
