Ok, Legalwise has bugged me for a while now... but it's that bad I didn't even think it was worth complaining about... but hopefully this helps prospective customers to know what to expect:
(this is all from a premium members perspective... we have dedicated lines to call so good luck if you are on one of the lower tiers)
NOTE: this request is over a panel-beater committing insurance.
Jul 11:
- I start with an email with their contact form
- a while later I try calling
- The number on the premium card they give you doesn't work
- The number that number now tells you to call is the wrong number
- Chances are the people at the third number you end up calling wont route you properly
- 4th call lucky but their are no legal advisers available, I also get told not to use the contact form on the website because it will get lost in the system (since as a premium member I have dedicated channels available)
- I email again asking for a followup
12 Jul: Their response:
"Good day
Your email refers.
We will revert shortly."
13 Jul:
- Im cc'd in an internal email for the recipient to help me
15 Jul:
- Another internal email is sent for someone to help me
05 Sep:
STILL NOTHING!!
