UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I CALLED IN ON THE 7TH OF JULY LOOKING FOR A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT OF MY ACCOUNT IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO GET IT, NO ONE TOLD ME THEY UPGRADED THEIR SYSTEM THATS WHY THEY CANT GET THE AMOUNT, I CALLED ABOUT 8 TIMES TO GET THIS INFO, AFTER GETTING I PAID AND I WAS TOLD BY THANDILE THAT I WILL GET MY PAID UP LETTER END OF THE MONTH, I CALLED IN LAST WEEK TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY REQUEST AND SPOKE TO LUNGELWA MABIZA WHO TOLD ME THAT I WILL ONLY GET IT THE 1ST OR 2ND WEEK OF AUGUST WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED, SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, I THEN REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THANDILE WHO WAS EVEN WORSE AND THE KEPT ON PILING UP, THEY CREATED THE EXPECTATION THAT THIS WILL BE SORTED IN TIME NOW THEY TREAT ME LIKE THIS.
