I don't understand why am i still being charged account fees when my account has been handed over to the attorneys. Even got an sms saying my account is now closed. I made an arrangement to pay the overdraft amount every month with the attorneys. To my surprise I received a statement today with account fees of R303.82 for what??? because the account is no longer in use. Even when I called the customer service number and gave them the card no they couldn't pick it up... so I must pay for account fees and attorney's fees for the account that's no longer in use. this is...
