On the 12 of November 2013, I went into FNB Northgate branch to cancell my overdraft and also down grade my account to a account unlimited. The overdraft was cancelled on the spot, however it the account downgrade request was not done according to my specifications.

I specifically made the consultant assisting me that I want the R 49.00 smart account. Now i am being charged for debit orders R 15.90 and also two monthly account fees of R 76.66 and R8.00. Furthermore I was charged R57.00 for what I don't know.

May you please correct my account as per my specifications and also refund me the debit order fees (R47.70), the R76.66 ; R 8.00 monthly fees and the R 57.00 which i don't understand what is for. Please also note that two more debit orders will be coming off and there must not be a charge for them.
