Charging fees incorrectly

I have 2 issues:

I was under debt review for my car through Wesbank and my credit card through First National Bank.

I have paid both of these accounts off and as per the NCR am no longer under debt review, however 5 months down the line my Debt councilor has yet to receive my clearance certificate from you, if this could be done today it would be appreciated.

The second issue I have is my cheque account, this account was supposed to go dormant as I did not use it for 3 to 4 years, however I have been charged service fees on this account all along, I have made arrangements to pay the account off with R500 a month, I don't mind paying the interest but don't see why I should pay the service fees on an account that I am not using and will never use again.

I have sent emails but these never get answered...
