MBD Attorneys have outdone themselves again!!
The bad service and rudeness of this Law Firm one can never be able to utter,
I never knew that Capitec can be such a bad bank aswell, Its true when people say its a kasi bank,
Nothing is private and confidential, no professionalism at all,
This year April they have handed me over to Mbd attorneys without even telling me,
i called in wanted to pay my account off when i was advise that the account is with Mbd,
was so mad that the account was handed over and i made arrangement to settle the account, Logged a query and until today noone called me,
On the 5th May i called Mbd, spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of Lesego Gaanakgomo who gave me a settlement amount of R16 859.34
the capital was R15 968 18 and the interest R298.36
and fees R592.80 which was normal for me,
I then made the payment of
R7 000.00 on the 14th of June 2013
R10.000.00 on the 27th June, and they advised that i still have to pay R1432.88 for fees,
I payed the amount on Friday 5th july and this morning when i called in i spoke to Faith khanyi very clueless i must say,
Told me that i still have an outstanding amount, says that they cant send me the letter,
