Debiting my account after cancelling

Good Afternoon,
I requested a quote with Virgin Money for a vehicle, however I did advise that I was still awaiting if I could get finance on the vehicle. I was sent a quote, which states that date of commencement is 01 April 2013.When I spoke to the agent, there were details about the vehicle I didnt know, which I was supposed to get back to them with. My finance for the vehicle did not get approved, and I contacted Virgin Money to advise that I will not be getting the vehicle and that I wanted to cancel the vehicle and home insurance, I spoke to a call centre agent who advised that the policy will be cancelled. Now I see that I have been debited for the insurance for a vehicle that I do not have? I think this is unacceptable. I was debited R1333.19.I want my money back and need to be refunded ASAP.This is service failure. I want the vehicle and home insurance cancelled. I still cannot understand how this was not cancelled and how they can be billing me for vehicle insurance especially when there was outstanding information regarding the vehicle. Please help me here as I need my money back. (Supplier name corrected by)
