I purchased a new vehicle and needed to cancel my policy with FFW asmany other insurance providers offers beat theirs. There was not much time between selling my vehicle and recieving my new one so as soon as this happened, i cancelled my policy with FFW. the purchase of my new vehicle was dependant on the sale of my previous vehicle, no one has enough time to give a months notice. This was done on the 10th of May. I then called FFW to ask for my reimbursement for the remainder of the month as i no longer need their services. they then said that i must provide proof of the sale of my previous vehicle that was insured through them in order to be reimbursed. What does it matter if my vehicle has been sold or not? What if it was given to a family memeber and insured through their insurance provider? The bottom line is that i no longer need the vehicle to be insured inder my name. They continued to tell me that my old vehicle would be insured until the end of May. what use is this to me? I no longer have the vehicle and therefore do not need it to be insured at my cost. I am extremely disappointed in their concern for woman and glad to be insured by an alternative provider after this
