One of my employees RCS card was cloned on 23rd July 2013 and used to purchase an amount in excess of R2800. He immediately called RCS. He then faxed all required documentation to RCS. To date, no feedback, no response despite numerous follow-up calls to your offices.
This is a huge amount of money for him to be indebted and your Company's treatment of him is totally unacceptable.
