I recently had an issue when buying electricity online. Prepaid24's support was amazing, very fast and really helpfull. They responded to email queries I sent within minutes, one was at at 1am in the morning!
Turns out the problem was 100% on my side and was related to a recent meter and service provider change with the body corporate. Prepaid24 had the issue resolved in a matter of hours, no fuss or drama.
All I can say is, keep it up! If you guys start providing tokens for my new metering company, I will be back in a flash!
