FALSE PROMISES OF EASY BANKING

COLLECTED MY CARD TODAY, AFTER ONE YEAR OF WAITING ON IT BECAUSE OF INCORRECT SURNAME EMBOSSED ON THE CARD. FIRSTLY, CENTURY CITY BRANCH DID NOT GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT NUMBER - THEY JUST HANDED IT OVER, SECONDLY I TRIED REGISTERING MY CARD FOR CELL/INTERNET BANKING BOTH SAID MY CARD CARD IS BLOCKED?? I PAID IN A R2000.00 I WANT TO KNOW IF IT WENT THROUGH. IS THAT THE CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER GIVEN. I TRIED CALLING YOU CALL CENTRE, IT KEEPS GETTING CUT OFF?? I CHANGED BANKS TO BE WITH STANDARD BANK, BECAUSE OF THE PROMISE OF EASY BANKING AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET. IM TOTATLLY ANNOYED, AND WOULD LIKE IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION. LASTLY WILL I EVEN BE ABLE TO USE MY CARD AT THE ATM IF IT HAS A BLOCKED STATUS ON IT???
