I was recently contacted to find out where my new credit card should be delivered, and after advising the closest branch, I received an sms saying I need to collect it... AT THE OPPOSITE END OF MY CITY!

But that's not the reason for my post.

I called the credit card division, and spoke to one of the most friendly and efficient staff I have spoken to in a long time.

Matshidiso solved all my queries, and quickly too. Her service was awesome, and I know how hard it is to smile at this hour on a Friday, as I am also from a call centre background.

Thanks so much Matshidiso, for helping pick me up. :) I shall be collecting my new card from the branch closest to me.
