No access to Credit Card

My credit card has been de-linked from my internet banking profile prematurely. My card is set to expire in September, and i have not yet received information regarding my new card. Despite this, when logging on to my internet profile today, my credit card is no longer available to transact against!
After contacting the call centre, and being passed between 4 different people, i was told that due to the card expiring it automatically gets delinked! how absurd! There has been no communication regarding my card arriving, and there is no evidence on the system of it being ordered. It could be up to two weeks before my new cards arrive. How am i supposed to transact on my card until then???
how am i supposed to pay my card before then???
the process is utterly ridiculous and does not create a user friendly consumer environment.
