I have beentrying to logon Bridgeloans website to check on my balance abd a possible top-up but have been battling to sign in for the past 2 weeks. The call centre was of no help at all, the lady i spoke to told me that i needed to make 1 more payment to my loan for the system to enable me to logon. I find this quite akward since i have made 4 payments already and left with 2 payments to settle my account. If she didnt know what she was doing, she should have asked for someone else to assist me. Please help
