One account mess

My swap from a normal homeloan with fnb to a one account was such a mess I wish I never attempted it.

It took over two months and MANY fights with both fnb and their appointed attorneys to finalise.

It got finalised yesterday, on a Friday evening and suddenly today, (a saturday where no one, not even a branch can help me because the one account people does not work over weekends) my account is a mess. I now have a huge negative balance with a negative "available balance".

I can now not even access my cash money which was in the account and no one from all the call centres and the branch I tried seem willing or able to help me. Leaving me without any money over the weekend and extreme worries whether this will be sorted out on Monday.

If fnb wants to keep my accounts they better stup up, one cannot hold on to other peoples money for them and not take responsibility for it.

I am appalled with this situation and with the seemingly reckless way fnb treats my accounts.
