Unhappy Client for Lucid Credit

I have paid Lucid credit to assist me in removing my name from the credit bureaus in April, and they indicated that the process with them takes up to 20 working days, i just cannot believe the pathetic service they've given me up to date hence my name has not been remove yet, when i enquire on the process the told me someone did an error amongst their staff and that my name would be removed by June 15, today is the 22nd of July and still waiting, everytime i call them they send me from pillar to post with no proper explanation, up to now am not sure why did i pay them for because it took more that 2 month's to do what they say is amongs their expertise.

Regretting is an understatement i must say but what i went through is just a disaster.

I just wanna urge people to expect this when they mostly need help from Lucid
