I have cancelled all my wifes policies with Sanlam and still monies have been deducted. I called the call centre and advised of the cancellations and even emailed letters confirming the cancellation which was acknowledged by the call centre representative. As soon as i received the bank statement i see the amount deducted R1353.40. What kind of a corporate company are you guys running there, stop taking advantage of the little people. If the monies are not refunded before the 15 June 2013 i will go to the media and expose Sanlam, i have all the documents to substantiate this matter.
