Not Following Instructions

I have been trying to contact Phonesured to terminate my policy as I donot have any knowledge of the policy. I eventually got to email them a notice of termination, however, they are still debiting my bank account. A peron by the name of Jivashin Pather replied to me on the 02/07/13 stating that my policy was cancelled, however, they did another debit on the 11/07/2013 and the 01/07/13. Now my I am sitting with a debit balance in my bank account. I am sick and tired of trying to get hold of them to sort this matter out. I cannot understand how did they get hold of my account because I did not take out an insurance cover on my phone. I appreciate any assistance from your side.
