As previous complaint lodged, this company was responsible for numerous debit orders on my account. After refunding one debit order, they thought all was ok, nevermind the other 4 debit orders which they now claim is a company that works for them by selling their product. So i get shuntered away and get referred to another company to claim back. Till today, no other refunds were made and i have just checked my account now and there's another debit oder that has just gone off. Try phoning Phonesured, you will never get through to some-one, you hold on for 15 min.
