I took out a policy with Essensial Med in December 2011. However I decided to terminate the policy on the 28/03/2012, I sent them an email and got a reply from Elize to inform me that I should give 30 days notice, since then they have been debiting my account, this is suppose to be a medical insurance and if no contributions are received it should terminate automatically, Every month I go to the bank to reverse this debit order, I want them to stop debiting my account they are just creating unnessary charges for me. Its almost a year now since I cancelled. They are the worst
