SMART DEVICE CHEQUE OFFER

In May I applied online for the new Offering where if you were to open a NEW TO BANK cheque account that a "smart device" could be attached via a 24 month contract. The requirements were met on my side and the terms and conditions at the time of the application seemed reasonable and feasible. The service from the offset was disappointing especially relating to feedback and clear instructions once contact is made telephonically. Secondly the delivery of the device in itself was very delayed and only arrived weeks later. Lastly and most importantly the device is now faulty after a few weeks and "FNB" could care less as the sale has been completed. Absolutely no after sales service nor assistance (I don't expect a bank to repair a cellphone). I have now visited Samsung myself on two ocassions as i have had to take onus upon myself if I want to get anything done.
