DEDUCTING OFF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I REFERRED MANY FRIENDS TO USE A FNB ACCOUNT AS ITS THE BEST, HOWEVER AFTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM LATELY THEY ARE FAR FROM IT. I AM DISGUSTED IN FNB RIGHT NOW, I HAVE 2 PERSONAL LOANS THAT I KNOW IS IN ARREARS, HOWEVER I ADVISED THAT I AM IN A FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY AND NOT ABLE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT, I MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THERE ATTORNEYS TO PAY R1000 AND R800 RESPECTIVELY ON THESE ACCOUNTS UNTIL I AM ABLE TO PAY THE NORMAL INSTALMENTS AND BRING MY ACCOUNT UP TO DATE. ADVISED BY AUGUST I WOULD BE ABLE TO INCREASE THAT CONTRIBUTION. THEN LAST MONTH THEY DEDUCTED R584.64 FOR RESIDUAL AMOUNT WHICH I CAN UNDERSTAND BUT WASN'T HAPPY ABOUT, I PAY THESE LOANS ON THE 20TH OF EACH MONTH. THEN THIS MORNING I FILLED MY TANK UP AND THERE WAS NO FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT I WAS EMBARRASSED AND HAD TO ASK A COLLEAGUE TO ASSIST TILL WE GOT PAYED LATER, APPARENTLY FNB DEDUCTED ANOTHER R1942.32 FOR RESIDUAL AGAIN AFTER I HONOURED THE NEW ARRANGEMENT. I KNOW NOW THAT I AM GOING TO NEDBANK TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT SO THAT MY WORK CAN DEPOSIT MY SALARY THERE AS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN MAKE SURE I HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS TO GET THROUGH THE MONTH. HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE
