My claim was rejected based on non desclosure

I have never had an insurance claim before, this is the first time I have my personal insurance and when my claim got rejected based on previous claims I was surprised, first they took forever to reply cause they were busy trying to find a reason not to pay out. This reason they came up with is not true. How can I have a claim when I have never owned a car that was in an accident or! What is it that I claimed foe then?
