In 2010 a gentleman rode into my car in Bellville. I paid my excess of R1500 to have my car fixed. This is nearly 3 years ago. Thereafter I sent numerous e-mails to Indwe Risk Services requesting the status of my excess payment. To date, after numerous e-mails, I have not even had the courtesy of a phone call or an e-mail. Their legal department Orico send an e-mail to Indwe forwarding my e-mails and requesting feedback, 2x. I have still not received any answer to my query, which I think is absolutely bad service!!!
