I have been Robbed of all my funds!

I am not and have never had any affiliation with african bank.
I have never had an overdraft, a loan or a credit card,
A couple of months ago, my standard bank account reflected that I had exhausted my funds. On obtaining a statement from my bank. I have learnt that my funds have been payng for someone else: s personal loan. I have been a victim of bank and not a single person in your establishment has been able to assist me.

I was advised by Razind to send the following;
x6 signatures
1 X copy of ID
Police affadavit to my nearest branch and speak to a representative.
I followed these instructions and recieved an email from Mario Van Wyk informing me of my next steps and that the details had been sent to head office and I must contact them.
I have done that over and over again. No one knows who I am or what I am talking about.
My biggest concern is that the email that I received was from Mario's gmail account - What kind of bank are you operating here? To call this unprofessional would be an Understatement.
I was advised by Lumko and Judith that an email from me, explaining AGAIN my predicament would result in action. She didn't even bother to reply.
