Kriekie Campher answered my request to query the additional fee charged to me, over and above the excess amount, which should only apply to new customers and not to me. I am not a new customer and surely the additional charge should be waived accordingly.
Kriekie not only addressed the query to waive the additional charge, but further investigated my policies only to discover that i should in fact have 1 combined single policy, and not 2 separate policies to cover 2 different vehicles.
By combining my 2 policies into 1 policy, i should in fact save on my monthly premium (I currently have 2 separate monthly premiums being debited from my bank account to cover the 2 separate policies at First for Woman)

I hope all get's sorted out and settled soonest as I am looking forward to possibly save on a combined single policy and monthly premium!
