I am unfortunate enough o have taken a loan through them. I lost my work last year and was without work for 5 months which means I defaulted on my payments BUT I did send them a copy of my employers letter. Since I've started working I haven't defaulted on 1 payment. I still on a regular basis have to deal with their highly competent and intelligent call centre people that calls me demanding payment. On numerous occasions I've asked for a detailed statement and banking details and to date I haven't received either!!
I just had another call from a "David" demanding that I have to listen to his "whole" story after I told him that I know what the call is about and if he was intelligent enough to give me banking details and a detailed statement. He then asked me if I wanted bank statements - clearly he didn't know what I was talking about!!!

I've sent an email in big red capital letters asking for bank details and a detailed statement of my account, needless to say I am still waiting...
