In this year alone, Nedbank has gone from a Bank I have been happy with, never had issues. to the single worst service provider i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
What has happened, from Glowing service, Brillient responce times to absolutely nothing on both counts. I have had to send 4 requests using the website, and 3 phone calls to just be exactly where i was which is no where.
I havent heard a thing regarding Vechile finance I have requested. no even a pre-Approval which i need before anything.
