My mom was diagnosed with thombosis monday 8th July - it is a serious condition. nhow all of a sudden they want 2 yrs history as they assume its a pre exisiting condition after supplying proof of the contrare we still wait for authorisation. they say they here to help and make nedical affordable - absolute bull!! they quick to take your money but disgusting on everything else - total farse! trust me pay a little more and go the the bigger medical aids - in the mean time mom @ 60 sits bedridden being afraid to move incase the thrombosis dislodged - thanks one plan - u!
