POOR SERVICE to clients and they DONT Care!!!

On the 12 july 2013 ABSA Vehicle Finance debited my account with amount of R 2545.17.
1. They debited the wrong amount, the right amount is R 1300.
2. The agreed date for the debit is the 25 july 2013, not the 12 july 13.
3. on monday the 15/07/13 i called the collections department to refund the money back to my account and i was told it will take 48hrs, until thursday they hadn't refunded me yet, i then called them, the agent told me the money will be deposited at 15:30. today 19/07/13 the money not been deposited yet, i called them again. i was told i must still wait!!! What is this?? how long should i wait??
