I received a call from FNB offering me a cellphone contract which I thought was great cause I really need one right now the lady I spoke to to explained everything fine and also explained that if the cellphone wasn't to my liking it can be returned and i will be refunded any cost as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the cellphone, she also told me i would receive an sms with a reference number, which never happened, but wonderfully i received the cellphone the following day. After receiving this package I called FNB to ask them to cancell the contract and they promised it would be cancelled and they would send a courier to come and pick up the phone... that was 29 May 2013 and till today no one has come to pick up this phone and worst part is they are deducting money off my account every month for a contract that i am not using, I have contacted FNB on numerous occassions and they told me they have requested for a courier to come pick up the phone, but how long does it really take to pick up a phone really??? Realy dissapointed because now I am stuck with safe guarding this phone. the last tym I called they promised that it will be this week sometime and nothing...
