I sent through a compalint to FNB regarding a cellphone contract that i was offered and they sent a courier to come pick up the phone. My problem is now I do not have the phone since they came to pick it up but i'm still paying for it. The contract was supposed to be cancelled in May already but it hasn't. I''ve called FNB over 5 times already and each time they always tell me they have requested a cancelliation of the contract and it would take 21 days for me to be refunded... a lot of 21 days have passed and instead of a refund my account is being deducted every month for a phone that i haven't had since July.
I cannot continue paying for a phone that i do not have, please help me solve this dillema that i am in.
