Missleading Info in supplying a Cellpone contract

I was phoned by David Naidoo on the 26-8-2013, telling me that he sees that I use more than R300 a month on my exsisting cellphone contract and that he has a better deal with cellphone for only R315 per month. The way he explained all the details, it would be an upgrade on my exsisting contract. and I thought that would be a good deal and agreed to it. The Cellphone was delivered the next day and later the day I received an sms with a new cellphone number, that is when I realised, that this guy was spinning wool infront of my eyes in taking a new contract. I cancelled the deal on the 27-8-2013 and received Ref32541 and that the cellphone wil be collected with in 7 working days. nothing happened on the 3-9-2013 I phoned Vodacom an gor a Ref14578065 and a sms that the are looking in to the matter. On the 11-9-2013 I spoke to Sandy at Mondo, who promised they will pick it up by the 13-9-2013. Nothing happened. I phoned again the 16-9-2013 and the answer I got is that I agreed to the contract, but they would look into why the phone was not picked up. I have a bad feeling this is not going to happen as the Vodacom stipulated that the contract can only be cancelled on return of phone
