I have had NON stop problems with Std bank. I am so irritated and upset... a few years ago, i made a call and decided to reduce my Od, the worst thing I could have ever done, Sandton Standard bank had problems with their systems and needless to say they NEVER did the reduction and i started getting calls 4 months later to say they handing me over etc... now i have to pay monthly installments for something I was not responsible for to an attorney firm, on top of this i have been held up, my wallet been twice and just been a bad year... but regardless of this bad service they cannot provide me with the recordings for the calls that the staff member who did not do the reduction phoned me??? then my wallet gets on the 26th May and the amount of on my cards have gone over R5000.00 yet i fail to understand how these guys can so much money despite the floor limit, as they are using my cards everywhere and std bank has failed to stop the money going off my accounts??? So now I would like someone to help me as I want ALL my accounts to be stopped and moved to these attorneys as you have already handed me over so I can pay everything off
